This product includes one Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Exam Voucher, which may be used for one of the MOS exams (Word, Word Expert, Excel, Excel Expert, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Access) in versions for 2013, 2016, 2019 and 365 Apps.

Voucher will be transmitted electronically via e-mail within 1-2 business days and is non-refundable.  The voucher entitles the holder to take one exam (online or in-person) at a Certiport Authorized Testing Center, which may charge a proctoring fee.
