QuickBooks Online Level 2(CA)

This course builds on the foundational skills learned in Level 1 and introduces intermediate accounting tasks using the Canadian version of QuickBooks Online.

Learners will explore more advanced features of QuickBooks, including managing inventory, working with payroll, customizing reports, and using tools to enhance cash flow management. The course emphasizes real-world applications by reviewing accounting principles and procedures, helping learners increase their proficiency and deepen their understanding as they complete practical exercises.

QuickBooks Online Level II builds on the company created in QuickBooks Online Level I. Learner files are not required for this course, as students will continue working with the company set up in Level I.

This course is targeted towards learners with a basic knowledge of accounting terms such as:

• Assets, Liabilities, and Equity
• Balance Sheet
• Trial Balance
• Income Statement
• Debits and Credits
• Ledger Accounts

Note: Learners at accredited academic institutions are eligible to receive free student software. An access code to activate the free version of QuickBooks Online will be sent to the learner from the Educator.
